Once your referral is submitted, we will make every effort to contact you within 3-5 business days to complete intake and discuss scheduling time frames.

Additional Information about the status of some of our programs

• Technology for HOME – The Technology for HOME grant renewed on July 1st. This is a very popular program. We are accepting new referrals, but we do still have a backlog of referrals accumulated at the end of the last grant cycle.
• AT for Wellness – This program runs through March of 2024.
